As we commemorate this Men’s Health Awareness Month of June, let us take a moment to break the silence around men’s health issues. Let us learn how to support one another, speak up and actively challenge the stigma in our communities. Small steps, checking in, listening and encouraging open conversations can lead to meaningful and lasting change. Together, we can build a culture where boys and men feel safe to speak up, reach out and seek help when needed. As the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council, we encourage you to break the stigma today, support one another and ensure no man struggles in silence.
