Mr Farai Machinga, a holder of masters degree in Public Health, BScME and BScSoc among other professional qualifications, has over 13 years of experience in managing, implementing and monitoring programs in the areas of reproductive health, adolescent sexual reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, gender-based violence and family planning. His leadership style combines operational precision with inclusive stakeholder engagement, safeguarding reproductive health rights, advancing gender equity, and supporting Zimbabwe’s broader socio-economic development agenda

Ms Mercy Marimirofa – (Director Technical Services)

Ms. Marimirofa has over a decade of experience in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, Data Management, and Analysis within public health domains, specializing in reproductive health, family planning, and HIV/AIDS. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Biostatistics and Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Additionally, she possesses an Executive Certificate in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation, along with a Certificate in Leadership and Management.
Her expertise extends to various data management and analysis disciplines, including Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Throughout her career, she has fulfilled the roles of M&E Officer, Program Manager, and Assistant Director within Evaluation and Research Units across diverse public health organizations. Recognized as a proficient Biostatistician, she is an experienced Researcher contributing as both a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals and an author of published articles.

Mr Stanford Mundandishe – (Director Administration and Finance)

Mr. Stanford Mundandishe is a Chartered Secretary and a holder of an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). He has proven to be a mature professional who has worked in various institutions, both public and private period for a period spanning 20 years.  Possesses vast experience in Accounting, Financial Management and Administration. Worked at senior levels of management in the past years as Head Office Accountant for ZIMDEF, Provincial Accountant for ZNFPC Matabeleland North Province, and Finance Manager at ZNFPC Head Office before his appointment as Director Finance and Administration.
