ZNFPC performed its Senior Management Meeting in Kadoma from 6th to 7th of March, discussing issues on strategic leadership, governance, performance management, monitoring and accountability. Speaking to senior managers, the ZNFPC Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Farai Machinga highlighted that, “purpose of the meeting is to cultivate a culture on innovation, research, improve robust institutional risk matrix, increase strengthened partnerships with stakeholders, implementation of meeting resolutions and ensuring leadership is anchored on teamwork, resilience and professionalism, leaving NO ONE and NO PLACE behind.”
An action-packed day with participants reviewing and planning strategic interventions, setting course for the programming year. The team focused on proactive management to enable innovation, digitization and delivering exceptional services to clients. Areas identified include: improving contraceptive commodity security, increased research and development through proposal writing and surveys. The meeting resolved to install data applications for task-management, streamlining operations to increase speed-to-market, investing in a culture of excellence through customer-centric innovation.
