
Dr. Stanzia Moyo (Acting Board Chairperson)
Dr. Stanzia Moyo is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Population Studies, University of Zimbabwe. She holds a D. Phil and Master of Science in Population Studies all from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Studies from Zimbabwe Open University. She also holds a Certificate in Demographic Methods and Analysis from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and an Executive Certificate in Community Development and Humanitarian Project Management from the University of Zimbabwe. She is experienced in teaching and mentoring at various levels ranging from secondary level to postgraduate university students and research activities.

Mr. Dzikamai Rufu (Acting Board Vice Chairperson)
Mr. Dzikamai Rufu is a Registered Public Accountant (RPAcc) with more than 17 years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Strategy Formulation, Cost Control Management Accounting, Financial and Cashflow Management, Financial Reporting and Controls, Auditing as well as Administration and General Management. He holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance Degree from Great Zimbabwe University (GZU), a Bachelor of Accounting Honors Degree from Africa University (AU), Associate Chartered Governance Professional (ACGP). He holds various Diplomas with Institute of Business and Accounting (IBAS) Southern Africa Association of Accountants (SAAA), Southern Africa Institute of Marketing (SAIM) and London Chamber of Commerce and Industries (LCCI). He is also a Quality Management Systems Auditor (SAZ).

Mr. Tanyaradzwa A Nyakatawa
Tanyaradzwa Nyakatawa is a holder of a Master of Science in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Psychology both from Women’s University in Africa. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Adult and Paediatrics HIV/AIDS Counselling Care and Support, and Monitoring and Evaluation all from UZ. He is in the advisory council of the Young People’s Network on Sexual and Reproductive Health, HIV and AIDS. Tanyaradzwa has more than five years of experience in programming on Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Young People and is a member of the Allied Health Association.

Mr. David Mutizwa
Mr. David Mutizwa is a human resources practitioner currently working as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at ZIMCHEM Refiners (Pvt) Ltd. He is a holder of a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Personnel Management Zimbabwe, and Diplomas in Business Administration, and Personnel Management.

Mrs Junior Muchuchu
Junior Muchuchu is a seasoned secondary school teacher of 21 years’ experience. She is a holder of a Master of Development Studies from Women’s University in Africa, a Bachelor of Educational Administration, Planning and Policy Studies from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Christian College of Southern Africa, Diploma in HIV/AIDS Counselling Care and Prevention from International Institute of Capacity Development Trust and a Certificate in Education from Mutare Teachers College. Mrs. Muchuchu is currently working with the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development as a Principal Administrative Officer.

Mr. Benson Chikati (Acting Executive Director)
Mr. Benson Chikati is the Acting Executive Director. He joined the Organization in February 2005 as Assistant Director Human Resources and Administration. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Administration. In addition he also holds a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management. He has been acting for the Director Administration and Finance post since the incumbent left on 30th September 2016 until his elevation to the post of Acting Executive Director in the beginning of the year 2022. He has a lot of experience in Human Resources and Administration field and is a Full member of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). He has been at the helm of Human Resources, Administration and Finance in the Organization for over five years. He is the current Principal Officer for the ZNFPC Pension Fund and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Pension Fund Trusteeship. He is spearheading a lot of initiatives to drive the organization forward. He is providing the required development of corporate strategies and spearheading the sourcing of resources for the effective pursuance of National Family Planning goals.
